Quality Inn & Suites

Overall not bad for one night costing $97. Was able to do a late check in at 12:30am no problem. Room felt clean (im no expert). Took a minute to fall asleep because you can easily hear a lot outside your door. Breakfast was good enough to fuel up to finish the road trip.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and very comfortable, with modern amenities and a cozy atmosphere. The highlight was definitely waking up to the breathtaking mountain views every morning — absolutely stunning! The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was perfectly clean throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway surrounded by nature.

This quality inn is newly renovated. I usually shy away from Quality inns just because they seems less cared for because they are cheaper rates. I mean you usually get what you pay for. But because It was said to be newly renovated, I even called and confirmed and sure enough. It's completely renovated the beds are new the vinyl flooring is new the showers are new the shower pressure is amazing they have more lighting options in the room than usual usually you only get two lamps, but they did a really excellent job at providing a main overhead light plus two end table lights plus there's a light in the bathroom where you wash your hands there's also a separate light that creates a really soft light affect. The rooms are not housed in the same building that you check in. You have to check into the main building and actually drive around to your room each room has their own private door it opens to the outside which is something I'm not a fan of more of a motel style however considering the fact that how nice and clean and newly renovated this place is I had no problem and definitely will be coming back here as a opposed to some of the other place we've stay. Driven this routeto and from SC and OH 8 times this year and this will definitely be my stop. Breakfast is 6-9 am was mediocre as one would expect, I mean it's free, but they do have their waffles, eggs, yogurt, meat, cereal you know the basics. They do have laundry and vending. Breakfast is from 6:00 to 9:00 in the main building where you check in. They are per friendly.

I needed to stay a night at the hotel and my whole experience was great. The lady name Amy was at the desk and she was so friendly and helpful when I needed help. The rooms are beautiful. Everything looked brand new and beds are so comfortable. Breakfast was nice also. If I ever need a hotel stay in this area it will be here at the Quality Inn.

I first went to the Travel lodge, next door but got a “not so nice” feeling so I tried Quality Inn. I was pleasantly surprised. The lobby was clean and looked updated. Check in was easy enough. The room was super clean and was very comfortable. I slept well. The shower was refreshing. I had a hot breakfast with a good variety. I met up with Sam, who was pleasant and helpful. There was a picnic table on the hill that you could see both the sunrise and the sunset. If I had to say anything negative about my experience, it would have to be that the front desk clerk didn’t smile, other than that, which is minimal, my stay was great and I would stay again.

Clean room- newly renovated! Budget friendly price! First room I checked into - the heater was acting strange - front desk got me a new room right away and the rest of stay was Easy! Best feature: Hot Hot Shower with Amazing Water Pressure - better than my own house!

Summary: The hotel is fantastic value for the price, and far exceeded typical cleanliness and comfort for Quality Inns or other similar price properties. The very recent interior remodel did a great job. We'd definitely stay again. Pulling up we were concerned at the old appearance of the building but we ended up very pleasantly surprised. We asked to look at the room to decide if we were going to keep or cancel the reservation, and from the lobby to the rooms it was clear this was a very recent remodel that touched all aspects of the interior. Pros: The wood floors in the room gave a great sense of cleanliness. The sheets, pillows, and towels all seemed new and clean. Mattress cover on the bed (which we saw housekeeping changing on other rooms the next day) gave great comfort with respect to any bed bugs. Very nice shower remodel in the rooms as well as a surprisingly large smart TV. The pamphlet in the room said they use hospital grade disinfectants and focus on high touch areas when cleaning, which gave us great comfort. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and we slept great. The building, being older, seems to be built with thicker blocks, which made it so we never heard noise from adjoining rooms. There was also a nice laundry room to clean our clothes on the road trip. Cons: The toilets were still older and ours made a loud hissing sound for a long time after each flush. There were some dead gnats stuck on the ceiling in the bathroom, probably stuck on from steam. The air conditioner was an old style model that was quite loud with the heater on at night. The breakfast was fairly lackluster; odd color to the waffle mix, lower quality eggs than your average continental breakfast, and only one toaster/waffle iron which made for a lot of waiting with only a handful of other guests there, but it at least did have basics to get you going for the day. Overall our stay far exceeded initial expectations and the cons were minor enough to not impact our stay very much. Better eggs/waffles and a second toaster would have been enough to bump this up to a 5 star stay.

New remodel, it’s soooo clean! Rooms are super clean and surprise! The beds are comfortable! The rooms smell fresh and not like musty mold. The water pressure in the shower? Like being power washed to the ultimate state of clean, haha! Out of all of the hotels my family and I have stayed in, this hotel was like staying in a suite at a resort! I will continue to choose this hotel over and over! Not to mention the price of this stay was cheaper than what I would have paid at any other one. Well worth every cent!!!
